Reservation of posts, if any, shall follow the Government of Sikkim Reservation Policy.
Qualification
- The candidate must possess the minimum qualifications prescribed under the applicable UGC Regulations — a Master's degree in Law with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University.
- Besides the above, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET/SLET/SET) conducted by the UGC/CSIR, or possess a Ph.D. as per the UGC Regulations, or otherwise be exempted as provided therein.
Pay
Salaries for the posts are to be fixed by the University Authorities, keeping in mind the UGC norms and the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
Application Fee
An application fee of Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. 750/- for SC/ST) must be paid ONLINE (RTGS/NEFT), and the payment receipt must be attached with the application form. The fee is not refundable; applications without proof of payment will be rejected.
