Salary and Probation
Selected candidates will be paid a Stipend of Rs. 18,000/- per month during the probation period of 18 months. After successful completion of the probation period, the probationary Clerk will be placed in the Bank regular Clerk grade and will be paid total emoluments as per the Bank clerk pay scale. Confirmation in service will be based on overall assessment of the probationary Clerk (work performance, confidential report, attendance records).

Selection Procedure and Online Examination Pattern
The Online Examination will be held in English & Marathi language and carries 90 questions of 90 marks in 75 minutes. Pattern of the online examination:

- Duration of the Online Examination: 75 minutes
- Examination Language: English & Marathi
- Cut-off: Candidates have to score a minimum of 50% i.e. 45 marks to be shortlisted for the Personal Interview (the Bank may increase or decrease the cut-off).
- Examination Centre: District-wise centres (up to 3 preferences may be selected); the decision of the examination conducting authority is final.
- Personal Interview will be held at Sindhudurg; venue will be indicated in the hall ticket.
Selection Stages: Online Examination → Shortlisting (marks + verification of documents) → Personal Interview → Merit List (prepared in descending order of scores obtained in the Online Examination and Interview) → Medical Examination → Appointment.
