Sikkim STET 2026 – State Eligibility Test for In-Service Teachers

The Department of Education, Government of Sikkim has notified the Sikkim State Eligibility Test (STET) 2026 for in-service regular teachers (PRT/Graduate) as per NCTE norms (Ref. No. 75/Exam/Edn./2026, dt 30-07-2026). The STET is a qualifying examination — it is not a recruitment.

Eligibility

In-service regular teachers (PRT / Graduate) under the Government of Sikkim.
Senior Secondary (50% or 45% for reserved categories) with 2-year D.El.Ed OR 4-year B.El.Ed / B.A.Ed as per NCTE norms.
Teachers who have already qualified STET are not required to appear again.

Application Fee

Rs. 500/- payable online.
