- PM: Graduate (Engineering/Technology/Management/Economics/Finance/Environmental Science/Sustainability/Climate Change/related; PG Management/Finance/Climate/Environment/Sustainability/Development/Public Policy + climate-finance/PM/safeguards/M&E certifications desirable) + min 10 yrs in Banks/NBFC/NBFC-MFI preferably climate & sustainable development finance (credit refinance/lines of credit with govt/multilateral partners; ESS, adaptation/mitigation, donor programmes); age max 50 as on 31.08.2026
- PC: Graduate (Engineering/Technology/Management/Economics/Finance/related; PG + coordination/data/M&E/climate-finance certifications desirable) + min 7 yrs project coordination/implementation/stakeholder management/reporting with FIs/MSMEs/govt/consultants/donors (data, documentation, monitoring, capacity building; MS Project/Power BI, OSeMOSYS preferred); age max 40 as on 31.08.2026
- MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams proficiency; excellent communication & negotiation
