- Dy Registrar: PG 55% + 9 yrs Asst Prof (L-10+) with educational administration, or 5 yrs as Asst Registrar/equivalent
- Dy CoE: PG 55% + 9 yrs Asst Prof (L-10+) with educational administration
- Max age 55 years as on 01.01.2026
