| Entitlement | Sitting fee of Rs.2,500/- per sitting and conveyance allowance as per the Permanent Lok Adalat (Other Terms and Conditions of Appointment of Chairman and Other Persons) Amendment Rules, 2025. |
| Period of Appointment | 5 years or till the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier. |
