Overview

Office of Medical Superintendent, Govt of NCT of Delhi – Shri Dada Dev Matri Avum Shishu Chikitsalaya (SDDMASC), Dabri, New Delhi-110045 invites applications in the prescribed format from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post of Senior Residents on ad-hoc basis for a period of 44 days under the Residency Scheme, through Walk-in-Interview.

Vacancy may be changed as per actual position at the time of interview. SR Posts reserved for SC, ST, OBC, EWS candidates (OBC & EWS from Delhi only) as per rules.

Qualification

• MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/DNB in the concerned specialty from a recognized University/Institution.
• Valid registration with Delhi Medical Council (DMC), or proof of having applied for DMC registration at the time of interview.
• The candidate must not have completed 03 years of Senior Residency in any recognized institution (regular/adhoc). In case of non-availability of fresh PG candidates, those who have completed 03 years of Senior Residency may also be considered with relaxation as per circular No. F.121/26/2010/H&FW/1996-2045 dated 10.06.2011 of H&FW Deptt., GNCTD.

Age Limit

Maximum 45 years as on the date of interview. Relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, and 05 years extra for Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), as per Order No. DHF&W/0015/57/2016-HR/Medical-Secy.(H&FW)/CD No. 112425062/1502-08 dated 26.11.2020.

Pay Scale

As per 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level 11 (Rs. 67,700–2,08,700) plus other usual allowances as admissible under the rules.

Tenure

The total tenure of Senior Resident is for a period of 03 years including any service rendered as SR earlier on adhoc/regular basis. Appointment initially for 44 days or till the post is filled by Centralized Recruitment Committee on regular basis, whichever is earlier; extendable up to maximum 03 years subject to satisfactory work & conduct and written request of the doctor concerned.

Documents to Bring

• Application in prescribed format with 02 passport size photographs.
• 10th Class certificate showing Date of Birth / Resident Proof / Aadhar Card / PAN Card.
• MBBS Degree with all mark sheets / Internship / MD/DNB/Diploma/DMC certificate.
• Caste certificate / EWS certificate / Non-Creamy Layer certificate (for Delhi OBC & EWS) / Experience certificate, if applicable.
• Original certificates with duly filled application form and one set of self-attested copies at the time of interview; failing which the candidate shall not be allowed for interview.

Terms & Conditions

• Candidates already in Govt. service should submit a NOC from their employer.
• No separate call letters shall be sent and no TA/DA shall be admissible.
• Number of vacancies is provisional and subject to change without notice.
• Selected candidates shall join within 07 working days from acceptance of offer letter, failing which the offer stands automatically cancelled.
• Mode of selection: Interview only; subject to medical fitness and verification of certificates and valid DMC registration.
• Result shall be displayed on www.health.delhi.gov.in and the notice board of SDDMASC.
• Selected candidates must submit acceptance of offer within 72 hours at Admin Branch, 2nd Floor, Administrative Block, SDDMASC or via e-mail at msddmsc@gmail.com.
• All (Non-PG/Relax Category) ad-hoc Senior Residents working in SDDMASC should also apply and appear for recruitment on adhoc basis.
