Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Trivandrum has invited applications for selection to the post of PROJECT TECHNICAL SUPPORT II (Temporary) for the ICMR funded project entitled "Spiral Dx: Real-world Evaluation of an Artificial Intelligence Algorithm for Tremor Detection and Classification from Hand-drawn Spirals [RE-AI-LTI]" (P-5517). R&P Cell/41/5517/SCTIMST/2026 dated 05.10.2026.
Details
- Qualification & Experience (Essential): Three years of graduate degree in Life Sciences or Applied and Interdisciplinary Sciences or Physical Sciences from a recognized university; AND two years of research experience in the field of Life Sciences or Applied and Interdisciplinary Sciences; OR two years of experience in Public Health/Health Research/Health Care.
- Desirable: Experience in handling research data, particularly in health research.
- Monthly Emoluments: Rs.20,000 + 20% HRA.
- Age Limit: 30 years as on 01.10.2026. Age relaxation up to 5 years for deserving candidates having experience of working in Government Research Organisation (as per ICMR Order No. 16/29/2023/Admn/E dated 18.10.2024).
- Number of Vacancies: Existing - 1 (UR).
- Nature/Tenure: Temporary (purely on contract), initially for six months, likely to be extended till 21.09.2029 or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.

Time and Date: 11:30 AM on 16.10.2026 (Reporting time: 10:00 AM).
Venue: Ground floor, AMCHSS Building, SCTIMST at Medical College Campus, Thiruvananthapuram.
