Inter-se seniority by year of passing and merit within that year; scrutiny of applications at MVTCs. Selected candidates are allotted to any nearby SCCL region/Area based on preference and vacancy.

Hard copies of the application along with required certificates must also be submitted at the nearest Area Group/Mines Vocational Training Centre (GVTC/MVTC) within the application window.
