Educational Qualification
Assistant Grade-3 (Seal Amin, Sakshya Lekhak)
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- One year computer diploma course from a recognized board/university.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English typing on computer.
- Knowledge of Chhattisgarhi (local dialect) expected.
Bhritiya (भृत्य / Peon)
- Class 8th pass (pre-secondary) from a recognized board.
- Knowledge of Chhattisgarhi (local dialect) expected.
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years. For Chhattisgarh local/mool residents, upper age limit is 40 years. Applicants from other states: maximum 30 years. Maximum age 45 years after all relaxations.

Selection Process
For Assistant Grade-3
Phase 1 – Written Test (50 MCQs, 100 marks): Hindi/English knowledge, Computer, General Knowledge, Chhattisgarhi (local language). No negative marking. 1:5 ratio candidates called for skill test.
Phase 2 – Skill Test (100 marks): Hindi passage typing (250 words in 10 min, 50 marks) + English passage typing (300 words in 10 min, 50 marks) on Ubuntu/Linux Unicode. 0.5 mark deducted per error.
For Bhritiya (Peon)
Phase 1 – Written Test (50 MCQs, 100 marks): Hindi/English knowledge, General Knowledge, Chhattisgarhi. No negative marking. 1:5 ratio candidates called.
Phase 2 – Aptitude Test (50 marks): Suitability test; final merit based on aptitude test marks.
