Sainik School Ambikapur (Chhattisgarh), under the aegis of the Sainik Schools Society, Ministry of Defence, invites applications for the following staff posts on Regular Scale/Contractual basis.

Educational Qualification
- Laboratory Assistant (Biology): Intermediate Science or equivalent in the subject (Biology). Desirable: Higher qualification in Biology, good communication skills.
- PEM/PTI-cum-Matron: Four-year integrated Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education / B.P.Ed from NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks (OR) Graduation + B.P.Ed with 50% marks. Desirable: State/National level representation in sports, working knowledge of English & Hindi, NIS diploma.
- Band Master/Music Teacher: Potential Band Master/Band Major/Drum Major Course at AEC Training College, Pachmarhi or equivalent; for Music Teacher - Higher Secondary with a degree/diploma in music.
- Ward Boy: Intermediate or equivalent, able to converse in English. Desirable: 2 years experience, computer knowledge.

Selection Process
- Lab Assistant/PEM/PTI/Band Master: Written Test (100 marks, 50% weightage) + Class Demonstration (100 marks, 30%) + Interview (100 marks, 15%) + Higher Qualification & Experience (5%).
- Ward Boy: Written Test (50 marks) + Skill/Proficiency Test (50 marks - running/shuttle, games duty, first aid, child psychology/POCSO).
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed by email. Reporting time 0830 hrs; no walk-in candidates.
