Qualification & Experience
- Medical Attendant: Minimum Matric or equivalent.
- Hospital Administration: MBA / BBA / PG Diploma in Hospital Management / Hospital Administration / HR / Marketing / Finance (MBA min 2 yrs, BBA 3 yrs, PG Diploma 2 yrs) from a recognized institute; preference to Hospital Management/Administration.
- OT / Anesthesia Assistant: Intermediate from a recognized Council + 01 year Hospital Attendant / Anesthesia Attendant training from a reputed institute/hospital.
- Age: Minimum 18 years, maximum 35 years.
- Domicile: Odisha residents only; preference to direct impact zones of RSP (Bisra, Kuarmunda, Nuagaon, Lathikata blocks, Rourkela Municipality/Industrial Township, RSP resettlement colonies & model steel villages).
- Candidates who already underwent similar IGH training are not eligible for a second tenure.
