SAIL–IISCO Steel Plant (ISP), Burnpur (West Bengal) invites applications from ex-executives separated from SAIL in E-7 and below grades for engagement as Advisors/Consultants on contractual basis across functions/departments.

Rates apply for 8 hours per working day (pro-rata reduction otherwise); unchanged through tenure/extension. Outstation advisors: ISP guest-house stay Rs.200/day, mobile/SIM reimbursement, ex-employee medical benefits, TA/DA as per last grade.
Eligibility
- Who: Ex-executives separated from SAIL in E-7 and below grades (resignation/VRS/premature/medical-invalidation/vigilance separations not eligible).
- Qualification/Experience: Function-specific — Engineering Degree/Diploma (2-10 yrs), CA/ICWA with 25 yrs (Finance), recognised safety qualifications (Works-safety); see notification table for post-wise bars.
- Age: Upper age limit 65 years; no C grading during last 3 years of SAIL service.
- Tenure: Initial 6 months, extendable further.
- Fee: No application fee.
Selection Process
Shortlisting (additional criteria if large response) followed by interview before the Selection Committee; date intimated by e-mail. All correspondence by e-mail only.
