Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant (CFP), a unit of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), a Maharatna Company, invites applications from interested and eligible qualified Dresser cum Compounder (Male) and Nurses (Female) to undertake the Proficiency Training in Occupational Health Centre (OHS) and CFP Dispensary and OHS under M&HS department.

Selection Process
Selection for Proficiency Training will be done by judging performance through walk-in interview on first-cum-first-serve basis. In case of a tie, candidate(s) with higher aggregate percentage in qualifying qualification will be selected. Application in prescribed format (Annexure-A) and Letter of Undertaking (Annexure-B) with documents/testimonials are to be submitted at the interview.

Selected candidates will have to undergo Medical Checkup conducted by SAIL-CFP Hospital/Dispensary and report on 21.09.2026 for training.
How to Apply
Eligible & interested candidates are required to appear for walk-in interview as per the schedule with the filled-in & signed application form (Annexure-A), Letter of Undertaking (Annexure-B) and documents: Qualification certificates, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable), Address Proof and Passport size photo, etc. All certificates/documents are to be verified with originals during interview & joining; no TA/DA will be paid.
General Conditions
- The engagement is purely for the purpose of Proficiency Training and will not entitle the trainee to stake a claim for appointment in CFP in any manner.
- OBC-NCL & EWS certificates should be valid for the Financial Year 2026-27 (issued on or after 01/04/2026).
- Selected nurses not in possession of Certificate of Registration at joining must deposit it within three months; admittance will be provisional till then.
- On completion of 18 months training, a Certificate of Proficiency will be issued by CFP-OHS centre based on satisfactory performance.
- CFP reserves the right to reject/cancel candidature or the entire process without assigning any reason.
- Court of jurisdiction for any dispute: Chandrapur, Maharashtra.
