These positions are purely temporary and contractual in nature and will be offered at various colleges/units under RPCAU, Pusa.

Walk-in-Interview Schedule

Documents to Bring

Candidates should bring the printout of their application form duly filled in the prescribed proforma, along with original and self-attested copies of all necessary documents related to date of birth, educational qualifications and experience certificate, etc. Candidates are also requested to bring 05 copies of their updated duly signed short CV (not more than 02 pages) at the time of interview, along with recent two (2) passport size photographs (not more than 06 months old from the date of advertisement) and signature. The post name must be clearly mentioned on the application form – failure to do so will render the candidature liable to rejection.

Terms & Conditions

• The above positions are purely temporary and contractual and are co-terminus with the respective projects. Engagement shall not confer any claim or right for regular appointment in the University.
• The position will initially be offered for a period of one (01) year, or till termination of the project, or unavailability of funds, whichever is earlier – further extendable based on periodic review and satisfactory performance at the discretion of the Competent Authority.
• The University reserves the right to decide the criteria of eligibility, increase or decrease the number of positions, alter any conditions at any point of time, or not to fill up any of the positions in case of non-availability of a suitable candidate or for any other reason, without adducing any reason.
• No TA/DA will be borne by the University for attending the walk-in-interview.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification; a shortlisted candidate found indulging in canvassing will not be interviewed by the Selection Committee.
• Selected candidates will not be entitled to claim regular appointment or absorption in the University. Non-maintenance of discipline and failure to perform assigned duties will make the candidate liable for termination.
• No Objection Certificate from the employer is required where the candidate is employed elsewhere.
• The University reserves the right to conduct a qualifying / written test to further shortlist candidates for interview.
• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of academic qualification, experience, publications, achievements/awards etc., as per the job requirement. Since this is a walk-in process, no separate communication will be made to candidates and the list of qualified candidates will be released on the day of the walk-in-interview.
• Self-attested documents furnished with the application form shall be verified against originals; it is mandatory to produce documents before the Committee and any relaxation will not be accepted.
• If the interview is not conducted as scheduled due to any unavoidable circumstance, candidates may have to stay till the next day for interview, without any TA/DA claim.
• Failure to comply with the above points may result in debarment from the interview. Incomplete and unsigned applications will not be considered and will be REJECTED.
• Qualifications/eligibility conditions, age and other documents will be determined as on the closing date, with due approval of the Competent Authority. No interim correspondence shall be entertained.
• In case of any dispute, it will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Patna High Court only.
