Dr. RMLIMS Lucknow Non-Teaching Posts Direct Recruitment 2026 – CBT Examination

The Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (Dr. RMLIMS), Lucknow (an autonomous institute under the Uttar Pradesh State Government) invites online applications for direct recruitment to 74 non-teaching posts (Group B, C & D) through a Computer Based Test (CBT) Examination 2026 (Advertisement Nos. 78-83/Estb-2/Rectt/Dr.RMLIMS/2026 dated 25.08.2026).

Vacancy Details (Total 74)

PwBD Reservation: 03 posts (Receptionist-01, Stenographer-01, Hospital Attendant Gr-II-01) for categories OL, OA, BL, LV, LC, DW, AAV, HH as per identified posts.

Essential Qualifications (Table-2)

• Programmer (Advt 78): B.E./B.Tech (Comp.Sc./Comp.Engg.) or Post Graduation in Computer Applications.
• Medical Physicist (Advt 79): PG degree in Physics + PG Diploma in Radiological/Medical Physics + 12-month internship.
• Radiation Safety Officer (Advt 80): PG degree in Physics + PG Diploma in Radiological/Medical Physics + 12-month internship + RSO qualification as per AERB norms.
• Hospital Attendant Gr-II (Advt 81): 10th Standard Pass. Desirable: experience in a Civil/Military Hospital or Nursing Home.
• Stenographer (Advt 82): Graduate (55%) from recognized University + 80 w.p.m. Hindi & English stenography + 40/35 w.p.m. typing.
• Receptionist (Advt 83): Degree from recognized University + PG Diploma in Journalism/Public Relations. Desirable: experience in PR/Publications.

Age Limit

18 to 40 years as on the last date of application. Relaxation as per UP Government rules: SC/ST/OBC up to 5 years; PwBD up to 5/10 years for Group B/C; Ex-Servicemen as per GoI rules.

Pay Scale

• Group B (Level 10): Rs. 56,100-1,77,500
• Group C (Level 4-5): Rs. 25,500-81,100 / Rs. 29,200-92,300
• Group D (Level 1): Rs. 18,000-56,900

Plus other allowances as admissible.

Selection Process

• Screening Examination (CBT): 100 marks, 2 hours, bilingual. Qualifying only (not counted in final merit).
• Main Examination (CBT): 100 marks, 2 hours, bilingual. Final selection based on Mains marks. 60 marks core subject, 10 each on General English, General Knowledge, Reasoning, Mathematical Aptitude.
• Negative marking: 0.25 mark deducted per wrong answer. Qualifying marks: 50% for UR/EWS, 40% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.
• Skill Test: For Stenographer (typing/steno test) — qualifying in nature.
