- Retired Government/PSU (Railway) officials with the prescribed grade and experience
- P-Way/Works/Bridge: graduate or diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years as SSE/JE in the relevant department
- TRD & OHE: graduate or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics with 3 years as SSE/JE
- S&T: diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 3 years as Jr. Engineer (S&T)
- Age not more than 64 years as on 30.11.2026; applications by email within 20 days of the notice

RITES Limited requires retired Government/PSU employees on a contract basis on fixed remuneration for maintenance services on the dedicated test track between Gudha and Thathana Mithri stations of Jodhpur Division, North Western Railway
- Vacancies (10 posts): Asstt. Team Leader (P-Way) 1, Asstt. Team Leader (TRD & OHE) 1, Manager (Works) 1, Asstt. Manager (P-Way) 1, Asstt. Manager (Bridge) 1, Asstt. Manager (Works) 1, Manager (TRD & OHE) 1, Assistant Manager (TRD & OHE) 2 and Asstt. Manager (S&T) 1 at Nawa City, District Didwana-Kuchaman, Rajasthan
- Team Leader posts require a graduate degree in the relevant discipline and retired JS-grade and above Railway officers, or non-Railway superannuated officials with at least 10 years of track/TRD maintenance experience including 5 years at executive level
- Manager and Assistant Manager posts require retired Railway officials with the prescribed minimum years as Sr. Section Engineer or Jr. Engineer in the relevant department; non-Railway officials need 10 years (Manager) or 5 years (Assistant Manager) of relevant maintenance experience
- Remuneration is fixed at 50% of the last basic pay drawn at superannuation plus transport allowance; no increment, DA or HRA is admissible
- Age limit 64 years as on 30.11.2026; officials with major penalties in the last 10 years or minor penalties in the last 5 years are not eligible
- Engagement is purely contractual for one year initially, extendable until completion of the assignment subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance
