RITES Ltd. invites Expression of Interest for empanelment of Individual Customs Domain Experts (Senior Expert) for MAITRI Phase-II trade digitalisation (EOI No. RITES/TE/MAITRI/Phase-II/Customs/2026, August 2026). Panel from applications up to 25.09.2026; experience-wise man-month rates.
Eligibility
- Bachelors any stream (Masters Trade/Finance/Economics/Law/Public Admin preferable)
- Min 20 yrs relevant incl. 12 yrs customs & international trade (administration, facilitation, port/land-port ops, procedures, documentation, compliance); senior CBIC/govt/industry roles; WCO instruments familiarity
- Min Rs. 10 lakh consultancy fee in any of last 3 yrs (audited/ITR/CA proof); max age 63
