Eligibility
- Operational Manager: MBA in Health Care or Master's in Health (full-time regular university degree) with at least 5 years' experience in implementing a Government health insurance programme; fluent English/Hindi and computer literacy.
- Floor Coordinator: Graduation in any discipline with 2 years' experience in a Government health programme/health insurance in a managerial capacity; a minimum one-year computer certificate course; fluent English/Hindi and computer literacy.
- Ayushman Mitra: 12th pass from a recognised Board; 6-month DCA certificate; experience as Arogya Mitra preferred; fluent English/Hindi and local language; computer literacy.
- Age (maximum, as on the walk-in date): 40 years General, 42 years BC-I/BC-II, 45 years SC/ST; OPH relaxation 45/47/50 years respectively.
