Overview
Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU), Fursatganj, Amethi (a Central University under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, GoI) invites applications for engagement of Visiting Medical Consultant (Gynaecology & Obstetrics), Visiting Medical Consultant (Paediatrician) and Visiting Health Inspector on contract basis (Advt No. RGNAU/5132/03/ADMIN/517 dated September 03, 2026). Duty hours for each post: one visit per week for 2 hours. Engagement is initially for one year, extendable year by year up to a maximum of three years.

Eligibility
- Visiting Medical Consultant (Gynaecology & Obstetrics): MD/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology with valid medical council registration from a Government-recognized institute (MCI/State Medical Council affiliated), plus a minimum 01 year experience in Government/reputed recognized Private Hospital.
- Visiting Medical Consultant (Paediatrician): MD/DNB in Paediatrics with valid medical council registration, plus a minimum 01 year experience in Government/reputed recognized Private Hospital.
- Visiting Health Inspector: Diploma/Certificate in Health Inspector/Sanitary Inspector/Public Health from a recognized institution, with a minimum 5 years experience in health inspection, sanitation, hygiene and public-health activities. Desirable: practical knowledge of FSSAI guidelines, IPM protocols and drinking water quality testing.
Age Limit
Visiting Medical Consultants: preferably below 60 years; Visiting Health Inspector: preferably below 50 years, as on the last date of submission of application.
