RGNAU Professional Trainee Eligibility Criteria 2026
- Indian nationals only
- Maximum age 30 years as on the closing date of online application
- Management: Master's degree in Business Management/Administration or a relevant management discipline from a recognized university/institution, with strong knowledge of MS Office and presentation tools
- Electrical Engineering: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized polytechnic/institute/university approved by the State Board of Technical Education, AICTE or UGC
- Civil Engineering: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized polytechnic/institute/university approved by the State Board of Technical Education, AICTE or UGC
- Pharmacy: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India, with valid registration as a Pharmacist with the Central or State Pharmacy Council
- Degrees must be from a recognized university/institute; candidates convicted of an offence or with criminal proceedings pending are not eligible
RGNAU Professional Trainee Qualification / Education
- Management: Master's degree in Business Management/Administration or relevant management discipline; strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools; desirable certifications in public policy, governance, project management or strategic management
- Electrical Engineering: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute; desirable training in electrical estimation, costing and tender documentation
- Civil Engineering: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute; desirable PG diploma/certificate in construction/project management or quality control and certification in AutoCAD, STAAD, Primavera or MS Project
- Pharmacy: D.Pharm or B.Pharm from a PCI-recognized institute with valid pharmacist registration; desirable working knowledge of MS Office and digital inventory logging

Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU), a Central University at Fursatganj, Amethi, invites online applications from Indian nationals for engagement of Professional Trainees under Advertisement No. RGNAU/5266/05/ADMIN/PT/671 dated 23.10.2026.
- Trainee positions: Management – 8; Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering – 1; Pharmacy – 1 (total 10)
- The number of positions may be increased or decreased at the time of selection
- Stipend: ₹20,000 per month in the first year; ₹22,000 per month in the second/final year, if extended
- Duration: initially one year, extendable by a maximum of one more year (maximum engagement 2 years)
- Age: not more than 30 years as on the last date of submission of the online application
- Location of training: Fursatganj, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, or any other location as required by the university
- Trainees will be engaged six days a week; one day's leave for each completed month of training
