Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU), a Central University established by the Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University Act, 2013 (No. 26 of 2013) with headquarters at Fursatganj, Dist. Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, invites online applications from Indian Nationals for engagement of Professional Trainees in the field of Management & Civil Engineering (contractual/training engagement).

Educational Qualification

Age Limit

Maximum 30 years as on the last date of submission of online application (17.08.2026).

Tenure & Stipend

• Duration: Initially for one year, extendable by a maximum of one more year (max engagement 2 years).
• Stipend: Rs. 20,000/- per month (1st year); Rs. 22,000/- per month (2nd year, if extended).
• Working days: 6 days per week. Leave: 01 day for each completed month of training.
• Location of training: Fursatganj, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh or any other location as per University requirement.

Selection Process

Shortlisting of candidates (additional screening criteria may be adopted if applications are received in large numbers) followed by interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
