- Technical Officer: minimum 2 years documented experience in Central/State Government research institutions, PSU, autonomous bodies or universities
- Technical Assistant Group II: First Class Bachelor's Degree in Science with 1 year documented experience
- Technical Assistant Group I: Plus Two/Higher Secondary/VHSE or equivalent with First Class and 1 year documented experience
- Maximum age 35 years as on 14.12.2026; age relaxation as per Government of India rules
