RGCB Project Technical Support-III – Adv. 12/2026
Applications are invited from suitable candidates (Indian Citizens) for one position of Project Technical Support-III on the ICMR/MAHA MedTech-funded project titled "An AI-Integrated Ultrasensitive Nanopore Sensing System for Non-invasive Early Detection of Cervical Cancer" at IndZita Biotech Pvt. Ltd. (startup incubated at BRIC-RGCB), RGCB Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
Essential Qualification
- BCA, B.Tech Computer Science, Electrical and Communication Engineering or equivalent.
Desirable Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python and digital signal processing libraries (NumPy, SciPy).
- Hands-on experience with single-board computers (Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson, or similar).
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
Project Responsibilities
- Develop real-time signal pre-processing pipelines (filtering, baseline drift correction, noise reduction) for raw sensor inputs.
- Build, train and validate RNN/LSTM/Transformer models for real-time signal classification and feature extraction.
- Optimise ML models for low-latency local edge execution on the onboard compute device.
