Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) - a Joint Venture Company formed by National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), Engineers India Limited (EIL) and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL) having a 2200 MT/day natural gas-based Ammonia and 3850 MT/day Neem Coated Urea Plant at Ramagundam, Peddapalli District, Telangana - invites applications for the following positions for its Ramagundam Plant, Telangana and Corporate Office, Noida (Advt. Pay & Perks
Pay scales (approximate): E-1: Rs. 40,000-1,40,000, E-3 (Dy. Manager): Rs. 60,000-1,80,000, E-6 (Chief Manager): Rs. 90,000-2,40,000 (CTC up to Rs. 31.95 Lakhs per annum). Besides Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance, other allowances @35% of Basic Pay, Company Accommodation/HRA, Pension Scheme (DCPS), Performance Related Pay (PRP) & other welfare schemes as per RFCL rules. NPA @20% of Basic Pay for Addl. CMO/CMO.
Eligibility
Post-wise educational qualifications (B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline; CA/CMA for Finance; MBBS+PG for Medical; Graduate for HR/Secretarial/Officer posts) and post-qualification work experience as detailed in the advertisement. Cut-off date for age & eligibility: 31.07.2026.
