Discipline-wise qualifications include BE/B.Tech in the relevant branch (60% marks, 55% for SC/ST), with specialised qualifications for Finance (CA/CMA or B.Com + MBA Finance), Marketing (B.Sc/Engg/Agriculture + MBA Marketing), Rajbhasha (Master's in Hindi/English) and CC Lab (Ph.D./BE/B.Tech Chemical) posts.
During the one-year training period: lump-sum stipend of Rs. 60,000/- per month. After successful completion, absorption in the E1 Grade (pay scale Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 1,40,000) with approximate gross emoluments of Rs. 86,320/- per month.
Rs. 1,000/- + bank charges and GST for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS. Nil for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD/Female candidates.
Online Test (80% weightage) followed by Personal Interview (20% weightage), subject to document verification and pre-employment medical examination.
