Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) invites applications from its retired officers for one Advisor – Electrical on contract basis for six months. Only ex-RCF employees who retired as Chief Manager or above, have at least 10 years of hands-on electrical maintenance/operations experience in RCF, and are below 65 years are eligible.

| Eligibility | Details |

| Eligibility | Only retired employees of RCF who retired from the post of Chief Manager or above. The applicant must have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and operations in the Electrical department within RCF. |
| Age | Below 65 years while applying. A superannuated employee may be engaged as Advisor only up to the age of 65 years. |
| Tenure and pay | Contract for six months. Lump-sum remuneration is 80% of last drawn Basic Pay + DA, or 70% if RCF township accommodation is retained. No PF, gratuity, earned leave, medical leave or PRP. |
| Selection | Personal interview, which may be conducted in person, by video conferencing or online. Minimum qualifying average is 50%. |
