- Age Limit (as on 05.09.2026): 15 to 24 years. Relaxation: SC/ST +5 years, OBC +3 years, PwBD +10 years, Ex-Servicemen up to additional 10 years (service rendered + 3 years).
- Educational Qualification: Passed 10th class or equivalent (under 10+2 system) with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognised Board, and possess National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the notified trade issued by NCVT.
- Percentage is calculated as the simple average of matriculation and ITI marks (CGPA x 9.5 for percentage).
