Passed 10th class or its equivalent (under 10+2 system) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board and possess National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the notified trade issued by NCVT.
15 to 24 years as on 05.09.2026 (SC/ST +5, OBC +3, PWD +10, Ex-Servicemen up to +13).
Stipend as per extant rules and directives of the Railway Board. No hostel accommodation provided.
Merit list trade-wise and community-wise on simple average of Matriculation (min 50%) and ITI marks; subject to verification of testimonials and medical fitness.
