Educational Qualifications:
Essential: Ph.D. with a First Class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, with a consistently good academic record throughout.
Experience Requirements:
Assistant Professor (Grade-II): Fresh Ph.D. holders or those with less than 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience.
Assistant Professor (Grade-I): Minimum 3 years of teaching/research/industrial experience after completing a Ph.D.
Associate Professor: Minimum 6 years of teaching/research/industrial experience, of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor.
Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience, of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor, with a proven track record of guiding Ph.D. students, high-impact publications, and sponsored research.
