The Rajasthan State Judicial Academy (RSJA), Jodhpur invites applications from eligible candidates for the contractual engagement of One (1) Research Scholar for a period of 2 years under the "Scheme for Engagement of Research Scholar" (as amended up to November, 2024). Applications must reach the office of the Director, RSJA, Jodhpur on or before 31/10/2026 (up to 05:00 PM).

Eligibility & Qualification
- Fresh Law Graduate OR Post Graduate in Law from a University/College/Institution established by law in India.
- Working knowledge of computer with typing skills.
- Maximum age 33 years as on 1st January of the year 2026 (must not have attained the age of 33 years).
- Must be a citizen of India.
Honorarium
A fixed honorarium of Rs. 50,000/- per month without any dearness or other allowance/perquisite shall be paid to the Research Scholar. It is a full-time engagement.
Application Fee
Every candidate shall pay Rs. 100/- as fee through Demand Draft or Postal Order drawn in the name of Director, Rajasthan State Judicial Academy.

How to Apply
Applications in the prescribed proforma, duly filled and complete in every manner, must reach the office of the Director, Rajasthan State Judicial Academy, Jodhpur on or before 31/10/2026 by 05:00 PM. Applications may be sent by speed post, registered post (A.D.), courier or deposited by hand during office hours. The envelope containing the application must be superscribed "APPLICATION FOR ENGAGEMENT AS RESEARCH SCHOLAR". General Instructions
- Attach self-attested copies of certificates in support of age, educational qualifications, academic/research work and working knowledge of computer.
- Affix a latest coloured passport-size photograph (taken on or after 01.01.2026) with signature thereon and self-attested across the photograph.
- The envelope shall contain only one application form.
- Applications received after the last date/time or found defective or incomplete will be rejected outrightly.
- The selected candidate shall not practise in any court of law or be engaged/appointed elsewhere during the term; if enrolled with a Bar Council, enrolment shall be suspended during the entire term.
