Educational Qualification

• Option 1: B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university + registered with Andhra Pradesh Nursing Council
• Option 2: Intermediate (10+2) + GNM of 3 years + Midwifery of 6 months from INC-recognized institution + 3 years experience in a Medical College / tertiary care hospital + registered with AP Nursing Council
• Desirable: BLS & ACLS Training Certificates, Knowledge in Computer Applications

Age Limit (as on 01-07-2026)

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 42 years
• Relaxation: SC/ST/BC/EWS – 5 years, PwBD – 10 years, Ex-Servicemen – 3 yrs + service length
• SVIMS adhoc/outsourcing/contract staff with 5 yrs service – 5 years
• Overall max with all relaxations: 52 years

Selection Process

• CBT (75 marks): 75 MCQs, 90 min, no negative marking
• Experience (15 marks): 1 mark per 6 months in 500+ bed hospitals
• Interview (10 marks)
• If applications < 10 per post: weightage of qualifying exam + experience + interview
