The selected faculty member may be required to teach courses such as:
Media writing
Digital storytelling
Documentary filmmaking
Mobile journalism
Data journalism
Investigative journalism
Multimedia reporting
General mass communication courses
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Teach journalism and digital media courses in Arabic
Contribute to curriculum development
Keep course content aligned with current trends in journalism and digital media
Supervise graduation projects
Guide students towards internships and employment opportunities
Use professional networks and industry experience to support student development
Participate in departmental, college and university committees
Perform other academic or administrative duties assigned by the department
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess one of the following:
PhD from a highly reputable international university, or
Master’s degree combined with significant professional experience
Candidates should also have at least 10 years of outstanding practical professional experience in reputable media institutions.

Ability to teach in Arabic
Strong professional experience in journalism and digital media
Evidence of scholarly, creative or professional activity
Experience in professional training and skill development
Expertise in applied journalism practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
Ability to contribute to teaching, student supervision and curriculum development
