- MBBS with Postgraduate Degree/Diploma/DNB in the concerned specialty from a recognized University/Institution
- If PG candidates not available, non-PG MBBS with 2 years experience in concerned specialty in a Government empanelled hospital will be considered
- Valid Delhi Medical Council (DMC) registration mandatory
- Must not have completed 3 years of Senior Residency in any hospital; preference to candidates who have completed less than 3 years
- Age not exceeding 45 years as on date of interview; age relaxation as per Delhi Govt. rules
