Office of the Medical Superintendent, Pt. Madan Mohan Malaviya Hospital (PMMMH), Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017 invites applications for recruitment of Senior Residents on emergent Ad-hoc basis through Walk-in-Interview till regular candidates are selected by the Centralized Committee. Advt. No. 12/2026, No. F.1(9)302/Pt.MMMH/PF-10/SR/24/11019 dated 18.09.2026.

Eligibility & Qualification

• MBBS with PG Degree/Diploma or any other equivalent qualification in the concerned specialty recognized by Medical Council of India.
• In case PG candidate is not available, Non-PG with at least two years experience in the concerned specialty in Govt./Govt. empanelled hospital will be considered.
• Registered with Delhi Medical Council (DMC) (only qualification incorporated in DMC will be considered) and must not have completed three years Senior Residency.

Age Limit

Maximum 45 years as on date of interview. Relaxation for Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) as per Govt. of India rules upon submission of Handicapped Certificate from competent authority.

Pay Scale

Basic Pay in Level-11 as per 7th Pay Commission.

Terms & Conditions

• Appointment initially for a period of 89 days, or till the regular candidate joins, whichever is earlier. If reserved candidates are not available, posts earmarked to them shall be filled from General/Unreserved candidates on adhoc basis for 44 days.
• Relaxed eligibility criteria (as per circular No. F.121/26/2010/H&FW/1996-2045 dated 10.06.2011) will be observed in case of non-availability of resident doctors.
• A panel of waitlisted candidates will be prepared for vacancies arising in future.
• Result will be declared on the website of Deptt. of H & FW, GNCT Delhi.
• Candidate must be a citizen of India.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
• Only OBC (Delhi) candidates notified by Govt. of NCT of Delhi will get reservation/age relaxation. OBC (Outside) candidates will be treated as Un-reserved. OBC candidates must possess non-Creamy Layer certificate along with caste certificate.
• Selected candidates shall be allowed a maximum of 07 days for joining from the date of acceptance, failing which the offer stands cancelled.
• Appointment subject to Medical Fitness & Verification of certificates of Educational Qualifications/Age/Caste/DMC registration and Internship completion certificate.
• Service governed by Residency Scheme of Govt. of India & Civil Services (Temporary Rules 1978).

How to Apply

Registration through the online Google Form link; no physical application will be accepted. After submitting the application, an auto-generated email containing the prefilled application form will be received. Bring a printout of the same along with photocopy and originals of documents (DOB/Class X certificate, DMC registration, caste certificate, MBBS degree, MD/MS/DNB/PG Diploma certificate, mark sheets, attempt certificate, experience certificate, undertaking if any) and 05 passport size photographs on the date of interview.
