PSSCIVE Bhopal - Project Staff on Contract Basis 2026 (Advt 04/2026, dated 24.09.2026)

• PSS Central Institute of Vocational Education (PSSCIVE), Bhopal, a constituent unit of NCERT, is conducting walk-in interviews for appointment of Project Staff for projects approved by the DoSEL PAB, MoE and Programme Advisory Committee (PAC) of NCERT, on contractual basis.
• Duration: up to 31st March 2027 (or as per project terms). Cut-off date for age: 15/09/2026.
• Walk-in interviews: 30.09.2026 (Wednesday) at PSSCIVE, Shyamla Hills, Bhopal (post-wise reporting/interview time per Annexure-I).

Eligibility (post-wise)

• Assistant Professor - Mechanical (HVAC/Robotics & Automation): Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC/Robotics & Automation) with 55% marks + NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. (per UGC norms). Desirable: experience in relevant area, proficiency in English & Hindi, working knowledge of computer.
• Assistant Professor - Education/Commerce and Business Management/Sociology: Master's degree in M.Ed/M.Com/MBA/MA in Sociology with 55% marks + NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. (per UGC norms). Desirable: experience, English & Hindi, computer.
• Assistant Professor (Fabric & Apparel Science): Master's degree in Fabric & Apparel Science/Fashion Technology/Textile & Clothing with 55% marks + NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D.
• Assistant Professor - Agriculture/Horticulture: M.Sc.(Agriculture) with 55% marks + NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D.
• Senior Research Associate (Integrated Hospitality Skill Lab, PAB-37.1): Post-Graduation in Hotel Management/Hospitality Administration/Tourism & Hospitality Management with 55% + 2 yrs experience. Age ≤45. Desirable: hospitality training labs, competency-based curriculum, Kitchen/F&B/Housekeeping/Front Office.
• Senior Research Associate (Capacity Building of School Educators, PAB-38.1): Master's in Education/Educational Technology/Management/Commerce/Social Sciences/Computer Applications/Data Analytics/Statistics with 55% + 2 yrs experience. Age ≤45. Desirable: English/Hindi, MS Office/Google Workspace, training programmes, webinar platforms.
• Senior Research Associate (Skill Education System, PAC-21.21): Post-Graduation (M.Tech in CS/IT/Software Engg) with 55% + 2 yrs experience. Age ≤45. Desirable: MS Office, Data Processing, SPSS.
• Junior Project Fellow (Capacity Building of Teachers for ATL training, PAB-36.4): Post-Graduation in Electronics & Communication/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with min 55% (Gen) / 50% (SC/ST/PH). Age ≤40. Desirable: ATL setups & projects, MS Office.
• Lab Assistant - Environmental Laboratory and Green Skill Laboratory: Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science/Chemistry/Life Sciences/Biotechnology or allied with 55%. Age ≤45 (retired ≤65). Desirable: lab procedures, environmental testing, instruments, renewable energy/waste management/IoT monitoring.
• Lab Assistant - Automobile/Mechanical Lab (PAC 21.03): Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering/Electrical Vehicle. Age ≤45 (retired ≤65). Desirable: Master's in Mech Engg, EV knowledge, lab records.
• Assistant Editor - English (Textbooks, PAC-21.06): Bachelor's Degree + PG Diploma in Book Publishing/Mass Communication/Journalism (editing a subject) + 5 yrs editing/production experience. Age ≤45 (retired ≤65). Desirable: book production/printing/typography, word processing & online editing.
• D.T.P. Operator: Graduation + 1-yr Diploma/Certificate in DTP; OR Senior Secondary + 1-yr Diploma/Certificate in DTP; 3 yrs DTP experience. Age ≤45 (retired ≤65). Desirable: Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/CorelDRAW, Unicode fonts, multilingual typesetting.
