Punjab & Sind Bank Chief Compliance Officer Recruitment 2026 - 1 Post
Punjab & Sind Bank invites applications for the post of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) on a contract basis for a minimum of three years, extendable at the Bank's discretion. The CCO will assist senior management in managing compliance risk, maintain the compliance framework, report to the Board/ACB, conduct compliance testing and ensure RBI/supervisory compliance. Eligibility
- Graduate or equivalent degree from a reputed Government-recognised university.
- CAIIB is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in banking or financial services.
- At least five years in audit, finance, compliance, legal or risk management functions.
- Risk-management control functions in business lines may be considered for eligible senior officers.
- Age: minimum 40 and less than 55 years as on 1 October 2026, including all relaxations.
- Desirable: Ph.D./MBA/LLM/CA/CMA/CS/CFA or a diploma/degree in compliance and ethics.
- Good understanding of industry, risk management, regulations and supervisory expectations.
Post-wise Qualification
- Chief Compliance Officer: Graduate with CAIIB; 15 years' banking/financial services, including 5 years in audit/finance/compliance/legal/risk.
Age Limit
