Educational Qualification
- MBA / MBA (Marketing) / PG Diploma (Management / Marketing) from a recognized Management Institute / University.
- Minimum one year experience in direct Sales; preference to candidates having experience in Media Sales.

Below 35 years as on date of notification. Duration of engagement: Two years (annual appraisal, extendable).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generating direct sales revenue for DD/AIR for respective geographic locations; client interface and sales including preparation of pitches, presentations and proposals.
- Seeking new sales opportunities via open market visits, corporate engagement and networking.
- Creating reviews & reports with sales and financial data; participating in exhibitions/conferences.
- Managing select existing client relationships and developing new clients / repeat clients.
- Updating routine MIS & sales projections; assisting finance with timely market collections.
