Why Was the Supplementary List-IVA Released for These Divisions?
The Department of Posts (DoP) directed CEPT, Bengaluru, to publish Supplementary List-IVA for these eight Divisions because by-elections were held there during April–May 2026, and the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) was in force at the time. This delayed the regular publication of List-IV in these specific Divisions, while the remaining Divisions in other Circles had already received their List-IV.
