PNGRB Private Secretary / Personal Assistant Recruitment 2026 (Short-term Contract)

Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB), 4th Floor, Tower E, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi-110029 invites applications for engagement of Private Secretary (PS) and Personal Assistant (PA) on short-term contract basis (Public Notice PNGRB/Admn/12-HR(04)/2026 dated 06 August 2026).

Vacancy Details

Eligibility

• Not less than 05 years' experience working as PS/PA with a senior level officer not below the rank of Director.
• Well versed in role/duties of PS/PA and office procedure; proficient in MS Office.

Age Limit

Max 56 years as on closing date of receipt of applications.

Selection Process

Written test, Skill test and interaction. Documents verified before written test; only qualifying candidates appear before the interview Board; final selection by combined score. No TA/DA for written/skill test at New Delhi.
