Junior Auditor (LDCE) – Establishment Branch-II, PGIMER Chandigarh
It is proposed to fill up 05 posts (UR) of Junior Auditor in Level-4 of the Pay Matrix (7th CPC), out of which one post is earmarked for Persons with Benchmark Disability category (b) D, HH, from amongst the Jr. Administrative Assistants (erstwhile LDCs) of PGIMER having 05 years of regular service in the grade, who shall have to qualify the departmental examination.
Eligibility
- Open only to regular Jr. Administrative Assistants (erstwhile LDCs) of PGIMER with 5 years' regular service in the grade; must qualify the departmental examination.
Departmental Examination Syllabus
- PGI Act, Rules and Regulations.
- PGI Accounts Manual, Fundamental & Supplementary Rules, CCS Leave Rules, GFR, Pension Rules.
- Elementary Book Keeping, précis and general noting/drafting.
- General System of financial management, stores & procurement (Ch.-8), Advances (Ch.-14), cost-benefit analysis, budgeting.
- GPF/CPF/GIS Rules/TA/LTC/OTA.
- Medical Attendance Rules/Hospital charges schedule.
