Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA), established under PFRDA Act, 2013, invites online applications from Indian citizens for recruitment to the post of Officer Grade 'A' (Assistant Manager) in General, Research, Actuary and Official Language (Rajbhasha) streams. Pay Scale & Emoluments
- Pay Scale: Rs. 62,500 - 3,600(4) - 76,900 - 4,050(7) - 1,05,250 - EB - 4,050(4) - 1,21,450 - 4,650(1) - 1,26,100 (17 years)
- Gross Emoluments (at minimum): Approx. Rs. 2,05,000/- per month (including NPS, Grade Allowance, Special Allowance, DA, Local Allowance, Family Allowance, SCA, Learning Allowance, Housing Allowance, etc.)

- Research Stream: Master's Degree / PG Diploma (min 2 years) in Economics/Commerce/Business Administration/Econometrics/Quantitative Economics/Financial Economics/Mathematical Economics/Business Economics/Agricultural Economics/Industrial Economics/Business Analytics OR Finance/Quantitative Finance/Mathematical Finance/Quantitative Techniques/International Finance/Business Finance/International & Trade Finance/Project & Infrastructure Finance/Agri Business Finance OR Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Statistics & Informatics/Applied Statistics & Informatics/Data Science/Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Big Data Analytics OR Master's in Mathematics + 1 year PG Diploma in Statistics or related

Selection Process (Three Stages)
- Phase I (Screening): Two papers of 100 marks each (Paper 1: General Awareness 25 marks + Financial Sector 20 marks, 60 min; Paper 2: Stream-specific 40 min). Negative marking 1/4. Cut-offs per paper + aggregate.
- Phase II: Two papers of 100 marks each (Paper 1: English Descriptive 60 min, 1/3 weightage; Paper 2: Stream-specific MCQ 40 min, 2/3 weightage). Negative marking for Paper 2. Cut-offs per paper + aggregate.
- Phase III (Interview): 5x vacancies shortlisted. Hindi/English option. Weightage: Phase II 85%, Interview 15%. Final merit on combined marks.
