Honorarium
Rs. 1,500/- per lecture with a ceiling of Rs. 50,000/- per month.
Qualifications
- Good academic record with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/Physically & Visually Handicapped) or an equivalent grade at the Master's degree level in Commerce from an Indian University or an equivalent foreign degree.
- The candidate should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, or a similar test accredited by the UGC such as SLET/SET.
- Candidates awarded a Ph.D. in accordance with the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or subsequent Regulations are exempted from the NET/SLET/SET requirement.
- For Guest Faculty in Commerce, the candidate should have a Master's Degree in Commerce with UGC-NET in Commerce, vide Circular No. Misc./A5/83130-83330 dated 27/12/2016.

- Fill the application form (pages 1 to 12) available on the Panjab University website under Employment/Jobs - Direct Recruitment Assistant Professor Application Form (as per UGC Regulation 2018) or download it from forms.puchd.ac.in.
- Submit two copies of the complete application form along with self-attested copies of all relevant certificates/documents in the office of DES-MDRC latest by 23-10-2026.
- The interview date will be intimated later on the email id provided in the application form. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
