- Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or equivalent).
- Minimum 17 years post-qualification experience, including senior engineering/project/technical roles, 5+ years in engineering review/coordination of a large thermal power project (≥500 MW), and 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams / interface management.
- Maximum age 50 years.
