Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC), a Maharatna Public Sector Enterprise, invites applications from eligible and interested candidates for engagement of Medical Officers – Occupational Health / Specialist / Homeopathy on Fixed Term basis up to 30.06.2028 at various work locations of ONGC (Advt. No. 3/2026 (R&P)). A total of 24 posts will be engaged on consolidated annual cost to company (CTC) basis. The last date for online registration is 18.08.2026 up to 23:59 hours.

Essential Qualifications: Candidates must possess the minimum essential qualification as mentioned in paragraphs A to D above, including possession of inline higher qualification, on or before the date of interview. Registration with the Statutory Council (wherever applicable) must be valid on the date of interview. Calculation of percentage of marks in the qualifying degree is as per University / Institution rules.
Age Limit: There is no maximum age limit for applying.
Selection weightages: Qualification 70 marks (60 marks for essential qualification and up to 10 marks for relevant higher qualifications) and Interview 30 marks. Qualifying marks in the interview shall be 18 marks for UR/EWS/OBC and 12 marks for SC/ST categories. Candidates shall have to appear for Document Verification physically followed by interview. Date, time and venue of document verification and interview will be intimated through email. No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
Engagement is purely on fixed term basis for a period up to 30.06.2028. Contract tenure will commence from the date of joining. Annual CTC is inclusive of all statutory benefits including PF, Gratuity etc. Selected candidates will be paid consolidated Annual CTC as mentioned above. The contract can be terminated at any time by giving one month's notice, by either side. No claim for regular employment in ONGC, by virtue of this fixed term engagement, shall be entertained at any stage.
