Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, invites applications (domicile of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh) for engagement purely on contractual basis at Field Headquarters, Duliajan, under Advt. No. HRAQ/CONT-WP-B/26-301 dated 05.08.2026. The work involves shifts, arduous/hazardous jobs at remote OIL installations and "On-Call" duty.

Eligibility Criteria
- Mechanical Supervisor: Class 10th from Govt. recognised Board + 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a Govt. recognised Institute + minimum 2 years post-qualification relevant work experience. Age: 18-45 years (General).
- Instrumentation Technician: Class 10th + Trade certificate in Instrument Mechanic trade from Govt. recognised Institute + minimum 1 year post-qualification relevant work experience. Age: 18-30 years (General).
- Assistant Diesel Mechanic: Class 10th + Trade certificate in Diesel Mechanic trade from Govt. recognised Institute + minimum 1 year post-qualification relevant work experience. Age: 18-30 years (General).
- Domicile: Assam and Arunachal Pradesh only.

Date of Walk-in for Personal Assessment: 26.08.2026
Registration Time: 07:00 A.M. to 09:00 A.M. (no candidate will be allowed to register beyond this time)

Period of Contract
Purely contractual for an initial period of 6 months, extendable by subsequent three tenures of 6 months each, up to a maximum of 24 months, depending on requirement and performance.
