OERC, a statutory body constituted under the Odisha Electricity Reform Act, 1995, invites applications for the filling up of one post each of Commission Secretary, Director of Tariff, Director of Engineering and Director of Regulatory Affairs on Direct Recruitment / Deputation basis, in accordance with the OERC (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Staff) Regulations, 1997, as amended from time to time.

Other Conditions
- The age of the applicant shall not be more than 57 years as on 1st October 2026.
- In an appropriate case, the Commission may consider pay protection for a deserving candidate.
- High School Certificate (HSC) shall be considered as proof of age.
- A candidate who has not passed from an Odia Medium School shall produce a certificate that he/she has passed a test in Odia equivalent to at least M.E. standard.
- Candidates serving in Government / PSUs / Regulatory Commissions / Public Universities must apply through proper channel; an advance copy may be sent within time, and a “No Objection Certificate” must be produced on or before the date of interview.
- References of two persons must be provided whom OERC may contact to ascertain the ability, integrity, knowledge and capacity of the candidate.
