The Regional Directorate of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Kanpur (DGT, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship) invites applications from eligible feeder-cadre officials for 18 Group C posts at NSTI Kanpur and RDSDE Kanpur through Promotion, failing which Deputation / Direct Recruitment as per Recruitment Rules (Circular Efile 78677 A-12/2/2026-O/o NSTI/510 dated 21-09-2026; last date extended to 16-10-2026).

Eligibility (as per Recruitment Rules)
- Workshop Attendant: MTS in Level-1 (Rs. 18,000-56,900) with 3 years regular service + 2 weeks MS Office training.
- Skilled Worker: Assistant Store Keeper / Tool Store In-charge in Level-4 (Rs. 25,500-81,100) with 5 years service; OR with Workshop Attendant Level-2 service totalling 10 years + MS Office training.
- Assistant Store Keeper: Workshop Attendant in Level-2 (Rs. 19,900-63,200) with 8 years service + MS Office training.
- Accountant: UDC / Cashier / Assistant Hostel Superintendent in Level-4 with 5 years service + MS Office training.
- UDC: LDC / Typist in Level-2 (Rs. 19,900-63,200) with 8 years service + MS Office training.
- Only serving eligible officials in the feeder cadre (RDSDE / NSTI / CSTARI seniority lists). Selected officials must serve minimum 3 years at Kanpur.
Pay Scale
- Pay matrix Level 1 to Level 4 (Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 81,100, post-wise) plus allowances.
