- Bachelor's degree in First Class with a pass in the final examination of CA or ICWA conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India respectively.
- 16 years of post-qualification experience, of which at least 2 years in the immediate lower grade or scale (IDA Rs. 70,000-3%-2,00,000, or an equivalent private sector level of about Rs. 15 lakh CTC) in accounts and finance.
- Preference to candidates with experience in a PSU, aerospace or joint venture of PSEs, Central or State Government, or the private sector.
- Proficiency in ERP-based accounting systems and financial software.
- Upper age limit and age relaxation as per the advertisement; the cut-off date for age, qualification and experience is 25 November 2026.
