Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) Ltd., a Joint Venture company of Govt. of India and Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, invites fresh applications from experienced, dynamic and motivated individuals of Indian Nationality for various posts on DIRECT CONTRACT BASIS (IDA PAY SCALE) for project works of NMRC. Vacancy Details (IDA Pay Scale INR 46,000 - 1,45,000)

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Senior Section Engineer: Three years diploma in Civil/Electrical/Electronics & Communication/Mechanical or relevant engineering from a Govt. recognized university/institute.
• Senior Section Officer (Finance): Bachelor degree in Commerce OR MBA (Finance) OR Chartered Accountant (ICAI)/Cost & Management Accountant (ICMAI).
• Senior Section Officer (Legal): Full-time Bachelor degree in Law (3-year or 5-year integrated course).
• Senior Section Officer (HR): Bachelor degree + MBA (HRM) or 2-year PG Degree/Diploma in HRM/HRD/Personnel Management.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years supervisory or above level experience in Govt. sector in the relevant field (Railways, Railway PSUs, Metro Rail, RRTS preferred).
• Age Limit: 40 years as on closing date (relaxation: 5 years SC/ST, 3 years OBC-NCL for reserved posts).

Selection Process

• Suitable candidates will be shortlisted and may be called for written test and/or personal interview (offline mode only).
• Experience in private sector shall not be counted for minimum post qualification experience.
• The minimum post qualification experience required shall be of Govt. sector only.

Compensation Package

IDA pattern pay scale INR 46,000 - 1,45,000 with Basic Pay, HRA @30%, IDA @55.7%, Perks @31.5%, PF, Gratuity, Medical benefits at CGHS rates and other allowances as per company policy. A Surety Bond of INR 1,50,000 is required to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of 3 years.
